We often use the will, while trying to eliminate a bad habit or to make changes in personal life. Brain research has shown, we believe that in six areas of the brain simultaneously, and one is aware of these areas, while five others are non-conscious.
Will power is exercised on a conscious level, and therefore, success is limited by its ability to re-program the subconscious to be in line with their conscious desires.
